Great Ways To Spruce Up Your Rented Kitchen
Just because you are renting doesn’t mean you can’t redecorate your rented kitchen. Below are some tips that you can follow without doing any permanent changes to your rented home.
Re-Decorate Cupboard Doors
You don’t have to re-paint your cupboard doors. You can simply use some stickers that are easy to remove, patterned sticky contact (the kind you use to cover books) and even Washi tapes.
Add Cheap Yet Funky Furniture
Colorful chairs and bar stools can definitely create a brand new look at your rented kitchen. You can buy cheap uncolored chairs and color it up at your own way. Choose the color you love and make sure it’s something that can brighten up your dull and boring kitchen.
Display Your Kitchenware
If you have great looking kitchenware, this will be a great chance to display them. You can place your cute mugs, cups and plates in an open shelf. You can also put your spatulas and whisks in a large vase on your kitchen bench top. Be creative with it.
Dress Up Your Fridge
If your rented kitchen already has a fridge included, you can simply dress it up with magnets with your printed photos on top of it. You can also use removable stickers that won’t leave a stain when removed.
A Plant Or Two Will Do
Grown herbs and plants in little design pots. You can then place the pots near a kitchen window or in a place where it could serve as an additional design. You can’t go wrong with plants and flowers in little pots.

Cheap yet funky furniture – I recommend IKEA!
Great ideas! They apply to a house you own also!
Yes! Just the inspiration I need to make my cramped apartment look and feel more “homey.” Thanks!
Great ideas! We’ve moved more than 8 times in 6 years and I always find that the kitchen is the hardest room to give personality to since we never want to buy anything that might not work in the next home. I’ve changed out hardware on cabinets when we’ve lived in a place long enough. Hand-painted knobs give that boring oak a bit of spunk!
I love those re-usable wall decals for decorating, they have some super cute kitchen ones that are always fun
